We provide an AI-powered image generation service. You purchase credits and use them to generate images from text prompts.
Credits are virtual currency used to generate images. 1 credit = 1 image generation. Credits are non-transferable and expire 12 months after purchase. Payments are processed through our payment provider and are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
You own the images you generate. However, you are responsible for ensuring your prompts do not infringe on third-party intellectual property. We are not liable for AI-generated content that violates laws or rights.
You must not use this service to generate: illegal content, deepfakes, harmful content, content infringing on others' rights, or sexually explicit material. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue the service with 30 days' notice.
The website design, branding, and underlying technology are owned by BestSell Trading Limited. AI-generated images belong to the user who created them, subject to applicable laws.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for AI output quality, third-party service failures, or any indirect damages.
We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited.
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
