Thank you for choosing AvatarAI. We are operated by BestSell Trading Limited and want you to be completely satisfied with your AI-generated headshots. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund as outlined below.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If the AI-generated headshots do not meet your expectations, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Refund:

• Requests made within 30 days of purchase
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated headshot quality
• Technical issues that prevented headshot generation
• Accidental or duplicate purchases

NOT Eligible for Refund:

• Requests made after 30 days from purchase
• Headshots that have been extensively downloaded or used commercially (Pro/Enterprise plans)
• Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
• Refund requests for the same purchase more than once

3. How to Request a Refund

• Include your order number and reason for the refund
• Optionally attach examples of unsatisfactory headshots to help us improve

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved:

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Processing time: 5-10 business days for credit/debit cards
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered if:

• Only a portion of your allotted headshots were generated
• Service interruptions affected your experience

6. Cancellation of Subscription

Our current plans are one-time purchases. If we introduce subscription plans in the future, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
