Credits are a digital product. Unused credits are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 3 credits from the purchased pack. After 7 days or 3+ uses, credits are non-refundable.
Email merchant@forallpay.asia with your order number and reason. We will process approved refunds within 10-14 business days to your original payment method.
If an AI generation fails due to a technical error on our side, your credit will be automatically refunded to your account. No additional action is needed.
AI-generated images are created by machine learning models and results may vary. We do not offer refunds based on subjective quality assessments of generated images.
If we terminate your account for policy violations, unused credits are forfeited. If we discontinue the service, unused credits will be refunded pro-rata.
