If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or exchange, as outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Original packaging should be included when possible.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
The following are NOT eligible for return:
- Plush toys that show signs of wear, damage, or are missing accessories.
- Items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Products whose hygiene cannot be guaranteed (e.g., items with stains or odors).
2. How to Start a Return
- Contact Us First: Email us at merchant@forallpay.asia with your order number and reason for return. We may ask for photos to assess the item’s condition.
- Receive Instructions: If approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return address. Do not send returns without an RA number.
- Ship Your Item: Pack the item securely in original packaging. Include the RA number inside. We recommend using trackable shipping. BestSell Trading Limited is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
3. Refunds
- After inspection, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of our error.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available for:
- Defective or incorrect items.
- A different style or character (subject to availability).
To request an exchange, email merchant@forallpay.asia with your order details and photos if applicable.
5. Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are discounted final purchases and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days at merchant@forallpay.asia. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a prompt solution.
